Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made and fulfilled through third-party partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

Please review sizing and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • or incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been placed, as they are sent directly to production.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to your original payment method

  • processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider

Shipping Issues

Happy Co. is not responsible for:

  • lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • delays caused by shipping carriers
